The Meet and Greet Associate is responsible for meeting and greeting the customer, arranging for guest transfers and addressing customer queries and service complaints.
Meet-and-assist service is perfect for customers who require additional assistance while traveling. Its a personal VIP service offering a professional welcome at airports.
Responsibilities of Meet and Greet Service.
- Greeting guests and providing an engaging warm welcome or fond farewell.
- Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile.
- Be ever ready to provide luggage assistance at the Arrival Hall or on standby with luggage trolley at the curbside for departing guest.
- Engage with guests and offer any assistance if required by communicating to respective destination.
- Provide additional support to Transportation team at the airport to enhance the guest welcome experience, providing a sense of luxury and importance to each guest.
- Recommends and effectively promotes relevant services across the integrated resorts that are in tune with the guests’ preferences.
- Attend daily briefing to ensure valuable information and updates are shared among team members.
