As an F&B Associate, you will be an integral part of our hospitality team, responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. You will ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and seat them promptly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests and staff.
Required Skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
