Job Role
Cargo agents are responsible for coordinating and facilitating the transportation and shipment of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and book cargo shipments with transportation carriers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Resolve any issues related to delays, lost cargo, or other logistical problems.
