Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and store policies.
- Promote sales, special offers, and discounts.
- Ensure that shelves are stocked, clean, and attractively displayed.
- Organize product displays and promotional setups.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions (cash, credit, and debit), and provide accurate receipts.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Be able to explain product specifications and offer recommendations based on customer preferences.
Requirement
