Job Role
A CSA is responsible for assisting passengers at various touchpoints in the airport. They handle customer interactions, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with airport and airline standards and ground handling .
Responsibilities
- Help passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage processes.
- Provide information about flight schedules, delays, and gate locations.
- Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly passengers or those with disabilities.
- Address passenger complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Respond to inquiries regarding airport facilities, policies, or services.
- Verify passenger documentation, including tickets and IDs.
- Coordinate with other departments like baggage handling, security, and ground staff.
Requirement
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina for standing or walking for extended periods.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
