Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers at check-in counters by verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes, and handling reservations.
- Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, cancellations, and boarding procedures.
- Process and tag checked-in baggage, ensuring compliance with airline weight and size regulations.
- Assist in lost and found services for misplaced baggage and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Manage boarding gates, verify passenger documents, and facilitate smooth boarding and deboarding.
- Address customer complaints, resolve queries, and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Assist with flight rescheduling and rebooking in case of delays or cancellations.
