Job Description:
As a Style Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting fashion items that suit their style, preferences, and needs. You will stay updated on the latest fashion trends, offer personalized styling advice, and drive sales by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Staying Current with Article Prices and promotional schemes for better customer information.
- Planning sales across the month/ weekly basis as per the targets provided by the manager.
- Be updated regularly about brand & product Knowledge, Selling Skills & Selling Attitude, current styles and fashion.
- Ensuring presence at the counters during peak period and heavy rush.
- Greeting and Attending Customers and answering queries regarding eyewear in a pleasant and sincere manner.
- Be attentive and courteous while convincing customers through suggestive selling, helping them decision –making.
- Recommend, select and help locate the right eyewear to the customers according to their needs and requirements’.
- Handling and resolving customer queries, if any while promoting and maintaining brand image.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication to engage with customers and build relationships.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Familiarity with different brands, collections, and materials to offer expert guidance.
- Handling customer concerns, returns, and styling challenges effectively.
- Confidence in upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
