As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for welcoming the passengers and answering their questions. You will also be responsible for selling the airplane
tickets and making reservations as and when requested.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming the passengers when they enter the airport.
- Checking the number of baggage the passenger has.
- Assisting passengers by answering their questions.
- Offering good customer service to the passengers.
- Verifying passengers’ identities and issuing boarding passes.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Ability to solve passengers’ problems promptly.
- Should have a well-groomed and pleasant personality.
- Ability to guide passengers to their respective counters.
