Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Meet & Greet Profile – Hospitality Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression and setting the tone for their experience. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will make our guests feel welcome and comfortable.
Responsibilities:
- Warm Greetings: Welcome guests with a warm smile and a friendly greeting as they enter our premises. Make them feel valued and acknowledged from the moment they arrive.
- Information Sharing: Provide guests with necessary information about our services, facilities, and any ongoing events or activities. Answer their queries and offer assistance as needed.
- Check-In/Check-Out Process: Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out procedures for guests, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Assistance to Guests: Be attentive to guests’ needs throughout their visit. Offer directions, provide recommendations, and assist with any special requests or concerns they may have.
- Coordination with Staff: Communicate effectively with other team members, including receptionists, event organizers, and customer service personnel, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Problem Resolution: Address any guest issues or complaints in a courteous and proactive manner. Seek solutions and involve supervisors if necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain Lobby Appearance: Keep the lobby area clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure that promotional materials and displays are up-to-date and presentable.
- Event Support: Assist in coordinating and organizing special events or gatherings hosted by the company. Help with event registration, guest list management, and event logistics.
- Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from guests to gain insights into their experiences. Use this feedback to improve our hospitality services continually.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
