We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join VIP Lounge as an Athithya. As an Athithya, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities for Athithya Profile:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, and provide them with necessary information about the facilities, services, and amenities offered.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling reservations, verifying identification, and processing payments accurately.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Lounge’s policies, procedures, and services to effectively assist guests and answer their questions.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, taking necessary actions to address any areas for improvement.

Required Skills For Lounge Executive:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle challenging situations in a calm and professional manner.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, especially during busy periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
