We are looking for energetic ground staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers. Your duties will include welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting passengers who are disabled or are traveling with small children, checking in luggage, taking reservations, and selling tickets. You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied.
Indigo Ground staff Responsibilities
- Ensuring safety and comfort of all the passengers
- Verifying passengers’ identities and issuing boarding passes
- Welcoming the passengers when they enter the airport.
- Checking the number of baggage the passenger has.
- Selling the airplane tickets.
- Performing all the cabin related duties as and when required.
- Checking the stock levels of the refreshments on the plane.
- Offering good customer service to the passengers.
- Assisting passengers by answering their questions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum age: 18 years | Maximum age: 27 years
- Minimum Education – Graduation completed for airline jobs.
