Ground Staff professionals take care of each passenger until they board the airplane. This includes helping the passengers with
checking in luggage, assisting them with safety-related information, confirming their reservations, and selling tickets.
CSA Responsibility:
- Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions.
- Checking in baggage.
- Making reservations.
- Selling airline tickets.
- Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children.
- Providing information to passengers.
- Making sure that all baggage is delivered.
- Confirming the identities of passengers, and providing them with boarding passes.
Requirements for Customer Service Associate:
- Excellent Communication.
- Good Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work Under pressure.
- Well-groomed.
- Willing to work shifts.
- Computer literate.
