Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules. Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash,
credit card transactions, checks, or money orders. Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records

Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephone calls and providing relevant information regarding flame flights.
  • Handling walk-in customers.
  • Making reservations & issuing tickets.
  • Prepare sales returns and tally the sales cash/counter cash.
  • Conduct pre-flight checks as briefed by the immediate supervisor.
  • Provide telephone support to ticketing agents.
