Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to international travelers, driving sales, maintaining high merchandising standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist international customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products to enhance their shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Participate in promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales
Merchandising & Store Presentation:
- Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised as per company standards.
- Maintain visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive shopping environment.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory management.
Operational Excellence:
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Adhere to all security, safety, and operational procedures.
- Support with stock replenishment, inventory audits, and loss prevention measures.
