- A Senior Reservations and Ticketing agent will be making and confirming
- Reservations for passengers, and selling tickets for the airlines.
- Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart.
- Assist in controlling cash-flow to ensure that the daily sales report is closed on time on a daily basis.
- Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport.
- Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed.
