We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join  Lounge Food and Beverage Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage services to guests in our lounge area. You will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service.
3. Provide recommendations and assist guests in selecting menu items, taking into consideration their preferences and dietary restrictions.
4. Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards and recipes.
5. Assist with setting up and breaking down the lounge area, including tables, chairs, and decorations, as required.
6. Stay up to date with menu offerings, promotions, and special events to provide accurate information to guests.
7. Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the food and beverage industry.

Required Skills for Lounge Assistant:

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
2. Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
3. Understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to follow proper food handling procedures.
