Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome Passengers with a Friendly and a Positive Attitude.
- Provide clear directions or escort customers to their destination.
- Share relevant information about services, schedules, or nearby facilities.
- Deliver a high level of personalized service to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle VIP or special-needs guests with sensitivity and care.
- Maintain logs of interactions, issues, and resolutions.
