Meet and Greet Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to travelers as they arrive at or depart from the airport. They ensure that passengers are welcomed warmly, assisted with their needs, and given a smooth, stress-free airport experience. Meet and Greet Associates often handle VIP clients, families, or groups and are knowledgeable about airport procedures and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet arriving or departing passengers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Help passengers with luggage, check-in procedures, boarding passes, and baggage claims.
- Address passenger inquiries and concerns, offering guidance on amenities, shops, restaurants, and services within the airport.
- Handle any issues or complaints with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist VIPs, elderly passengers, families, and individuals with special needs.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with passengers, airline staff, and other personnel.
- Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and resolve issues quickly and calmly.
- Ability to interact with passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Quickly and efficiently address problems such as flight delays, lost luggage, or other inconveniences.
